The project is located on a corner plot with three facades, zoned for mixed-use, with a maximum allowable height of 29 meters. It’s located just three blocks away from Querétaro’s Historic Center.

A two-story base houses the commercial area, along with entrances and parking, aiming to integrate with its immediate surroundings seamlessly. The apartment volume is designed to be respectful of neighboring properties, positioning itself as a distinct block on the prominent corner of the plot, ensuring views from all four facades.

The apartments span two levels, featuring double-height spaces and variations in window placement, determined by orientation and views.
